Kimberly Stout grew up in Chester County, Pennsylvania, where she developed a deep appreciation for hard work, faith, community, and the belief that today’s efforts help shape tomorrow’s opportunities. Guided by values rooted in perseverance, integrity, and service, Kimberly has always been passionate about helping others grow, succeed, and pursue their goals.
With more than 20 years of experience supporting executive leadership and business operations across healthcare, financial services, and corporate environments, Kimberly is known for her organized, thoughtful, and relationship-centered approach. She enjoys helping teams stay connected, creating structure behind the scenes, and supporting clients and colleagues with care, communication, and attention to detail.
As a former Division I athlete and inductee into her high school’s Sports Wall of Fame for achievements in Field Hockey, Basketball, and Track & Field, athletics and coaching have played an important role throughout her life. Kimberly has spent more than two decades coaching and mentoring high school athletes, helping young people build confidence, teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills both on and off the field.
Faith and service remain central to Kimberly’s life and leadership approach. She has held community board positions and participated extensively in volunteer and outreach efforts, including organizations such as Oxford SILO. She believes strongly in encouraging others, leading with kindness, and creating meaningful connections within her community.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and cuisines, spending time in nature, and sharing meaningful conversations with her daughters, family, and friends. Among her greatest accomplishments, Kimberly considers motherhood to be her most rewarding role. She is also a published writer with a passion for faith, encouragement, storytelling, and personal growth.
